Snatcher Fails 90% on Every transaction. Stay Away.

2 bad experiences back to back... seems a bit mickey mouse for an online store thats been around for so long. Ordered a steering wheel tray, and something else, the else was delivered. Not the tray. They ignored my emails until I mentioned the owner's name and cell phone number in my next email. Then they told me they would refund as they have no stock. Still waiting, been months. The after a long time I tried again, ordered a foldup TV tray table and 2x multi-cleaning brush kits (for PC keyboards etc). One table/tray arrived with pieces broken off (lying in box). Both boxes heavily "squashed". The 2x brushkits was supposed to be one blue, for a ***, and one pink for a girl. they delivered 2x pink. now my daughter has one and my son doesn't want his as he will be made fun off at school. so I would say Snatcher has a consistent 90% failure rate, the longest delivery times of any store I have dealth with (Amazon in the USA delivers in 5 days, Snatcher, never under 10-21 days at best.
