SNATCHER FAILED THE CUSTOMER

I bought Gift set and hand sewing machine from snatcher on the 12 June.The problem with snatcher they dont care about customers but only money they sacked from customers.i had to wait 3 weeks now we are on fourth week my order is still not completed.they waited for the customers tho tell them what to do with thier work.they dont follow up on the orders untill customers start to complain and courses more delays.i spoke to Andil Mncube and Siphesihle thought emails becouse the company blogged the land line knowing how *********** they are. And they keep on sending incomplete items so.when i request my refund since they cant get stock one is answering me.Should i take this further to consumer act office or are they going to refund me as my rights? They realy failed me as customer and i dont want anything to do with snatcher i want my money back.because i requested the order to be cancell and they proceed on sending incomplete order.
