Snatcher - Extremely unhappy client

I have been ordering products from Snatcher for quite a while now. I sent an email to them yesterday regarding the quality of the products that I have purchased which actually are useless as they dont work. 1. Robot sweeper - doesnt sweep anything 2. Solar lights that dont last even 3 hours in the evening after they have switched on 3. POWERFUL scrubber that stops as soon as it touches another object.

I have spent close on R1000 for the products and delivery costs involved, and am not able to use any of them. The reponse I got from Snatcher is asking me how can they assist me further?!

I would advise customers not to purchase anything that is actually supposed to perform any kind of function, as it is going to waste your hard earned money.

They only things I suggest purchasing is product with non moving parts.
