Experienced no problems, everything that was noted in Snatchers process policy occurred in that order. The quality of the goods I ordered and received was good. The packaging was excellent with bubble wrap and big bubble blocks in between the items in a box. The delivery guys were even friendly. Snatcher is not a **** and is my favorite online shopping site. Its guaranteed to be a safer way of shopping, without physically seeing the actual product.
