Snatcher Experience

Fairly satisfied with the products I received. Quality is on the lower end. Although for the price point I would not expect premium quality.

However as there is a lot of room for improvement with Snatcher as a service, The order did not reflect on my profile at all. This was concerning to me, as payment was already done.

Snatcher's phone number is not reachable for any queries. The only form of communication with Snatcher is via email.

Email responses are sporadic and response timelines can range from between 1 - 3 days. Also, this was the only option for me to track progress of my order.

When the delivery company received my order, I was then able to track it online, via the delivery companies website.
