Snatcher excellent customer service

I ordered a few items from Snatcher, on delivery one item was missing, I sent an inquiry to ***, got a response same day from Linda Ndlovu - Customer Support Agent, who profusely apologised for inconvenience caused and promised to send the missing item asap, that was Thurs 12 March 2020, I received the item today, Monday 16 March 2020.
