Snatcher

I placed an order for R1850. First I got called and asked if I would accept an item with damaged packaging. Not a big deal. They said 7-10 days for delivery. 3 weeks later I was still waiting. I canceled the order. After having to submit letters from my bank and a million emails, they said they should refund. Again, 7-10 days. A month later I am still waiting for my refund. No one responds to emails.

WORST SERVICE EVER!! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. RATHER USE TAKEALOT. SNATCHER SUCKS.

I asked them for contact details so my lawyer could contact them. Still no response. Useless company,.worst service and unable to deliver.
