Snatcher don't reply my emails

We purchased products on the 26 May 2022 make and a payment it's a month later and did not receive the package i contact them and they don't reply back. We try to phone them and the answer machine said they don't accept incoming calls. I send emails and they don't respond. What can I do please help me.
