SNATCHER! Don't order from this company - don't even be tempted!

Despite my previous review of this terrible online business, and their "reply" on Helllopeter indicating that they were replying privately, NO reply has been received. No order has been delivered, with no communication. As an older person, my trust in ordering anything online has been sadly "confirmed". VERY disappointed, as the item ordered and paid for on the 16th November was meant for a gift.
