SNATCHER - ***** - DONT BUY FROM THEM!

If you are thinking about using this company to purchase anything - DO NOT DO IT!!! I ordered what they said and described as a magnetic S8 cover for my tablet - IT is nothing like the one which I have and was broken and needs replacing! it has a bluetooth keyboard - not in description - it needs to be charged separately - its a big fat chunky piece of plastic and does not stand easily. The item also has ***** arrow keys they will either work up and down or side to side by not both ways in one programme. I have been trying to get this thing back to them in its original packaging, original shipping bag and invoice and still no response from them since (15th July). They asked for a video.... still no repsonse from them.... I am finding them very trying, and short of driving to JHB and throwing it at someone, I'd love a call back. The excuse is it comes from China.... well I import from China and the chinese dont hesitate to take back items which are not suitable - so clearly SNATCHER has ***** dealings with their supplier - infact, I may just contact the supplier directly after this and let them know that Snatcher is giving them a bad name. THE WORST ON LINE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
