Snatcher doesn't do refund

I purchased a "high-pressure washer" from Snatcher for R628 in August 2020. The machine was absolutely pointless as you had to plug it into a car lighter -which my car doesn't have - and secondly, how do you wash your car exterior with the machine plugged inside? I personally delivered the machine back to their offices. I didn't keep my reference but eventually received all the information from Payfast. I forwarded it to Snatcher and they said they'll escalate to the finance department. I have since sent 4 emails asking about the status, but I have been ignored.

I would like to remind anyone who do purchases online to vet the companies first. There a lot of charlatans out there.
