Snatcher does not want to refund me, waiting since March.

I purchased a phone cover from Snatcher in April 2024, they sent an email on the 4th of March, notifying me that the cover was out of stock. Gave me an option of a refund or store credit. I requested for a refund, it's the 15th of July, they keep making empty promises everything I enquire om the refund.
