Snatcher does not value customers nor do they communicate - is this a ****

I purchased a product 1 month ago, The online service stated that the product was in stock, it is now 1 month later and I have not received my order as yet. I also cannot call as Snatcher does not have a call center, super frustrated as the emails i get is system generated and does not give me a solution as to when i will be receiving what i have ordered. i will not recommend this online store to anyone, i am actually thinking it is a boarder line ****. Very unhappy
