Snatcher does not deliver on time

Snatcher is extremely poor at delivering your items within their given timeframe. I've ordered a heater in winter but by the looks of it, it will only get to me in Summer. No communication from them. No updates on the delayed delivery. Stick to the big retailers for important items. Don't trust these small mickey mouse companies.
