Snatcher does not deliver on items purchased.

My order eventually arrived without any feedback on delivery date, and one items was missing. Phoned them to discuss the missing item only to be told it was out of stock. I asked for a refund and was informed that I can only get a credit on my next shop. I then decided to use the credit and reluctantly paid an additional R40 for a spray mop. This was weeks ago. I still have not received this item. Wrote to them again with no reply. It seems that even when you purchase and pay for an item it does not mean you will receive what you pay for. . The initial discussion with the customer service department I was told that items shown are not always in Stock and that possibly they will not get Stock again. So be aware that you are paying in good faith, but you might not receive the item and you definately won't get your money back. I will not be using this online shop again no matter how good the deal may be.
