Snatcher does not deliver - EVER!

I placed and order on the 22nd of November for 7 items. The order number is 223613. To date I have not received the delivery and have tried to query this a number of times. I received a confirmation of delivery note on Sunday the 11th of December that my Snatcher order was received, but I only took receipt of my My Runway parcel on that day. Upon querying this I was told the courier company uses new tech and made a mistake, today it is a different story. I want a FULL REFUND from Snatcher so that I can purchase the items I wanted elsewhere as I know it will be delivered on time.
