Snatcher - DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY

Order number is 385798 placed and paid for on the 24/6/2024, delivery received 15/07/2024 after several email follow-ups. Signed for 1 box and when I opened it items were missing, reached out to Snatcher the same day, attached photos of my order referencing the missing items and after several emails I not received a single response. I will NEVER buy from your company again and I will ensure people are made aware that you have 0 service levels - I need this to be resolved asap, I just want my order completed or please refund me - I will not wait another day !!!!
