Snatcher disgusting feedback

Placed order 2 weeks ago. No feedback what so ever on the order. Sent. a mail and response was it is an international order. There is nothing on their site indicating this is an international order or that an international takes longer than there. 7-10 business days delivery. According to tracking it. has not even got packed for shipment yet. Never buying from them again. Oh still no update even after their response.
