Snatcher disappointment

I recently gave a bad review on this company, as I ordered an item, was made to wait seven days past their ten day max delivery policy, and then told said item was no longer available. Not only was I disappointed, but then was offered an inferior replacement for MORE money! Naturally I was as mad as a snake, and asked for my money back. To be fair, they did send my money back within their prescribed 7 days. I want to thank Snatcher for helping me make a major decision... that is, NEVER to buy online again!!! Until there is a proper controlling body for online purchases, I will rather go without, than have to endure the nonsense that I had to, with Snatcher!!!
