Snatcher delivering incorrect and cheaper items than ordered and then refuses to exchange!!!

I ordered a WIFI CCTV set, but was delivered a standard (cheaper) set. Requested to Snatcher via their website, but completely ignored. Even sent pictures of what was ordered. I then communicated via email and also sent pictures of the incorrect and the correct item. A Dorothy Maake (Customer Support Agent) rep**** and apologized (which does not help if nothing gets done to fix the issue), but asked for more pictures. Why if I have sent very clear pictures already just to play for time???? And then everything went quiet as well! No feedback, no exchange, no further communication. This is obviously *****, but Snatcher does not seem to care about that. Very d=frustrating and disappointing. Be careful dealing with this company!!!!
