Snatcher - Delay after delay!

According to the Snatcher site, final delivery is between day 7 - 10, with Day 1 being the day of order and payment. As such, today is DAY 11 and I'm still waiting for my order. Ironically I live only a few kms from their office. I have received NO communication with tracking number! You've been sitting with my money for 11 days but you clearly feel no obligation to fulfill your side of the deal. You don't offer convenient on-line shopping because your delay with delivery and lack of communication makes it not worth it!
