I wish there was a zero star,#Snatcher is a ****,they sell reject items,if u return them,they threaten to deduct 15 % for "unwanted item" despite the fact that they gave you a **** s****... Do not buy from them.Even for the low price items, there's always something wrong you must complain about,either broken,damaged or not what you ordered.They also advertise items that they don't have then give you hard time return it. It's a nightmare.stay vigilant,it's disgusting

08 Jul 2023, 20:15ths was my third time receiving an unsatisfactory item from #Snatcher,but didn't mind too much b4 bcoz they were small items...then booom! I bought reject phone,then they tell me they deduct handling fee "whooping 15%" 😳😳😳for unwanted items.
Who said it's unwanted?🤷 except for it's not in good condition esp for that amount?

I bought 2 Warmer coffee mugs one for me n one as a present,mine broke a week after then the other one two weeks after.i contact them,they told me mugs don't carry a warranty,then bought 2 water bottles,one was damaged,then 2 learner tables that were just plain robots...not challenging to kids at all...no value for money.
Who said it's unwanted?🤷 except for it's not in good condition esp for that amount?
