Snatcher damaged goods

order 63236 received Monday 15th March damaged goods. Pan scratched and lid damaged. Plus nail kit gel al dried up cannot be used. I mailed Snatcher to inform them and had no reply. Also very difficult to return and replace as I am in the Northern Cape and return and replace will just take to long. If Snatcher trace orders placed by my they will see that I spend a lot of money with them. But after this 8 have serious doubts.
