Snatcher daily deals a ****?

On the 23rd of February 2021, they advertised a daily deal on Pricecheck, product code ***. It's an digital antenna. A week later I follow-up per telephone on when could I expect delivery. The gentlemen helping me explained they are waiting for stock from the supplier. Now I'm already irritated, as I did send an email enquiry to *** also with no respond back. He assured me they will deliver in 10 days. On Thursday 11 March, I followed-up again with a phone call and spoke to a gentlemen called KJ, not sure about the name, but in short telling me the supplier doesn't have stock and I can have my money back. I said please and he said I must send an email to *** with my banking details. Now I explain to him why would they respond to this email as they did not even responded back on an email of a week ago. So he said he will send me an email and I can just reply on this one with my banking details etc. Needless to say never received an email. So on the 12 of March I phone again and now I end up with customers that also want to complain about service / products not in their parcel. In my opinion stay away from these guys. Not sure if their is a body on the web controlling businesses like these. They should be removed and not allowed to do online business.
