Snatcher customer service is terribly frustrating

Can only communicate via email. Takes 2 to 3 days to get a response. Dont send you your voucher credit. Just too much stress to be order something. Pay the money in for an item , then it is sold out and you must struggle to get your voucher credit This has been going on for over 4 weeks
