SNATCHER Customer Service is currently poor.

Snatcher Customer Service is currently poor. I have been awaiting a refund for an out-of-stock order since 4 July 2022 and due to clumsy payment system, I paid twice for an expensive order. I logged online queries about both these items last week and have yet to receive an acknowledgement. If the matter is swiftly resolved, I will update this review.
