Snatcher Customer service is Bad

After shopping for them for months these guys have been giving me a very irritating service. I ordered 3 white tree lamps and when I received the package, one was multicolor. I contacted them immediately to fetch their item and bring me the correct one. This was on 8 December 2021. Up to now they haven't given me a way forward on what to do with the item. They can take 5 days to respond to emails. Then they asked me to test it and I told them I tested it and it's not white. Up to now they are not responding to my emails anymore. Their response time and attitude is annoying. I am reconsidering buying anything from them again after this bad experience with them.
