Snatcher couldnt care less

I have written reviews about this company I have also seen multiple bad reviews about them they do not deliver as promise you can't get hold of them by phone ...they don't respond to your emails why are they still in business why can't we do something about Snatcher who owns this business

This company is getting away with alot ...you can't get hold of them on the phone they don't respond to emails....who owns this business and where do we report them
