SNATCHER - ******!!!!!!!

Ordered and paid for a pan on 5 November. NO PAN - NO REFUND. You cannot contact them on the phone and they send standard replies to my 40 emails!!! They are named Snatcher - exactly what they do - SNATCH your money and then disappear. snatcher NEEDS TO BE CLOSED DOWN AS THEY ARE RUPPING PEOPLE OFF!
