SNATCHER -Con Artists

Paid & ordered for a pan on 4 November. After 48 emails & finally a message to the director Dirk van Greuning on Linkedin I got my refund after 3 months. Terrible service, do not understand how SNATCHER continues to rip-off people. What a disgrace!
