Snatcher communication gap

Their prices are amazing, it would be great if they could just update the buyer via e-mail if there is going to be a delay with the delivery of items. I waited a week for my airfryer to be delivered and would have started to stress about it, if I was a first-time buyer. Luckily (not) I know by now that the items take lot g to be delivered.
