Snatcher

I have been supporting Snatcher for some time and on the whole the experience is good. Some products are sub-standard . . . . What I do have a problem with is that they do not advise you timeously when a product becomes not available. When you do get the email it is too late to make the choice of accepting the remainder of your order or cancelling altogether. In their favour is that you can either get a refund or a store credit.
