Snatcher Buyers beware!!!
Order: 292634 Jul 04, 2023 Order paid for on July 04, by July 19 still no delivery or any information on despatch date, i wrote to Snatcher and received a reply stating that they had not recovered part of the order, i pressed them for a delivery date but received no response, i then asked to cancel and receive a refund still no response BUYERS BEWARE !!!!!

Firstly, we need to apologize for the delay in communication with you regarding your order.
It has come to our attention that we are no longer able to get the
2 x Stainless Steel Cutlery Set - 24 Piece
so since July 04 when order was placed no communication now no stock!!! and to add insult to injury i paid with credit card they have refused to refund back to the card which is the normal procedure, and told me that i must provide my bank details with proof that it is my account in other words a certified letter from my bank how outrageous!!!
