Snatcher broken stuff

Very disappointed. Bought some gifts for Xmas. The pasta maker was broken and the foot massager had a piece missing. Both the boxes were open and broken as well. It seems like this was previously returned by someone. I had to go buy the items elsewhere as they could only collect them after Xmas/Newyear
