Snatcher bad with with comms and refunds

I purchased 2 x headboards in September ...only one was delivered. With numerous only by email as there are not contact tel numbers correspondence I was told in late October that I would be sent the missing headboard - to no avail. Then on 03 November I was told that I will be refunded (Please note refunds have a 7 day turn around time .) A month later and still no refund. This is not right.
