Snatcher Bad Services.

I placed an order on the 11th of December before the Christmas delivery date announced on the website. I have been notified 9 days after placing the order that an item that was meant for a gift is out of stock. This is totally unacceptable and also pathetic. If I could give them negative stars I would. I am so disappointed. Wont order again from the online site.
