Snatcher bad services

Dear Hello Peter, I placed an order 13 May 2020, and called them 18 May 2020, where I was promised an essential delivery. Till now no communication from Snatcher. Their services appalling. I am so disappointed in them. I placed an order with Take a lot same day, and has received on the 18th of May ...This is unacceptable. I would never placed an order with them ever again.
