Snatcher Bad Service extra Long Delivery Time
Snatcher quotes me between 7 and 10 working days to deliver your product, i just called them now and waited 10 min on the line before someone spoke to me , in this day and age what company takes this long to deliver, my order was placed 5 days ago , the courier has not even picked up the order at the depo this is very bad service indeed, i will definitely not be using Snatcher ever again, this extra long deliver time is NOT industry standard, i cannot wait for Amazon to open in SA, with their fast delivery Snatcher will be out of business very soon.

30 Apr 2024, 15:55I accept your apology, but this does not take away the fact that your delivery process needs to be improved, look at your business model , do you industry-wide due diligence, work out what you are doing wrong and why others in your space are selling and delivering the products faster then you are, thank you i have now received the confirmation email that the courier has indeed picked up my parcel, however, i still have another 3 days before it lands up in my hands which is unacceptable.
