Snatcher Bad Service

I bought 10 electric kettles from Snatcher. The kettle i received look nothing like what was advertise. I bought kettles that were entirely white to go with the rest of the deco of my BnB. However the kettles I received had orange lids and orange bottoms. The processs of returning the items was a nightmare. I was told that they will arrange pick up, then after back and forths of that happening, i was told that they cant collect because Courier is charging them over R10k, this is for kettles that cost less than R2000. So i told them i would courier and send them the cost, i send the items back to them via The Delivery Guy courier, i emailed them the waybill and the cost of courier which was R286.00 compared to their R10 000.00, they have not responded to my mail, they have not refunded me and now their line is not taking calls anymore but redirecting customers to the website.
