SNATCHER: Bad service - Cheap things are expensive

I purchased bar stools and a gold cutlery set.

The goods came in a dirty and unsealed box. (I took pics). The 2 items mentioned above + others were thrown together in 1 big box, individual bubble wrap overs unsecured and some items the bubble wrap had fallen off some of the items when I unboxed.

Bar stools: legs have scratches and a few dents. Also the craftsmanship is poor (which I could ignore for the price) but the cushions stitching is obviously uneven and not done well.

Cutlery set: The cutlery ordered was Gold, the item sent to me was silver. I asked for the goods to be returned I was told they were out of stock of the gold and that is why they sent me the silver. None of their terms or conditions 1.indicated a substitution in case stock was unavailable or 2. my order went through on the gold , they never informed during their ordering, packaging or shipping that they were going to send me the silver or 3. give me an option to pick another gold set or cancel my order.

I took pictures and requested a return of the goods. I was informed that I would be responsible for the returns cost and 15% would be deducted from my refund because the goods were "unwanted", implying that I was just returning them because I did not like them. Their policy states that Snatcher will bear the cost of the return of damaged or incorrect goods.

Seemed like a bargain, but I guess this a classic case of "cheap things are always expensive in the end". I just want them to come get this bulky box of damaged and now definitely unwanted goods and refund me. I will not be buying from them again.
