Snatcher - bad service

What a waste of time!!!

I purchased good's from them on the 2nd of July, with their delivering being 7 to 10 days, I figured I will have it by this weekend. When I sent a follow up email yesterday I was informed they have not even received the items from the supplier!!!

One would think that they would have had the courtesy to let you know, but no such luck. I have asked for a refund as getting the items next week is just no good to me, as it was intended as gifts that I needed this weekend. Do you think they have responded or even acknowledge my request? NO, I am still waiting for a reply. So in future, I will spend that few bucks more and order from takealot instead, at least I know I will get my good in itme
