SNATCHER BAD SERVICE

I had a horrible experience from snatcher recently, I placed an order and paid R15690 for my order and ever since I have been trying to call the number on their website and seemingly the number does not exist. I tried to send emails and there is no response there too. I have not received my order and am worried if I will ever reach them. I intend reporting Snatcher to the Consumer Council if I do not get any response by end of this week.
