Snatcher bad products

i ordered a few products at snatcher and my order was quick and was delivered (364044) upon receiving my product i realised the smart watch and earphones were not working, i logged a complaint with snatcher to say the products are not working, they then sent a driver to pick up the products of which he did, the only issue is when im supposed to receive my refund its been almost a month since i've requested a refund but to this date no one is coming back to me. please assist,
