Snatcher, bad customer service

This company sold me shoe cabinet now the problem is I couldn't put it together because there were parts missing when I reported it I was told the item will be collected and I'll get a refund, that was in January, I waited for the item to be collected buy it was never collected, today I sent them an email to follow as I couldn't get through to them during lockdown but they are telling they can't assist me because I reported the faulty product after 3 months, Im not happy with they service at all and I'll never order from them again.
