Snatcher - bad bad service

I purchased items online on 11 August 2019. Order SNR295728 (11 days ago) Could not print the Invoice but money out of my bank account already. Received no shipping details i.e. tracking number. Various mails between myself and Snatcher. Some of the messages : Unfortunately I will not be able to tell you more or less when. The courier guys will phone you before they will deliver.

uAfrica has a bit of a problem. They have started a new system so as soon as I have a tracking number for you I will send it to you I am sorry for the delay. They still have not fixed their problem. But according to their system you should receive your parcel shortly.

Still no product be delivered and now update.
