Snatcher

I paid for a parcel expecting it to arrive 7 - 10 days, called them today to only find out that it will arrive much later. thanks for not getting my Christmas presents in time. i will never buy from them again and wont recommend anybody to shop from them. worst service, especially the call center from the Courier guy.
