Snatcher products are poor quality and they will just ignore you if you want a refund. Their service is pathetic. I ordered a headboard and when it arrived it had mould and the stapling of the legs was do poorly done, it looked like a child was playing. They will not pay you back. They collected their product and have since gone silent. This company is a ****.
