SNATCHER ARE A **** WEBSITE

i placed an order almost 2 months ago after a month of me mailing they tell me no stock and i will get a refund its been almost a further month and no refund. they have a contact no on their website but when you call it its a voice message to say they dont take calls... it feels like i have been ****med and they have ****** my money.. i dont suggest anyone uses this website they are not a professional online business
