SNATCHER AGAIN

Think this will now be my 5th time here on hello peter. Snatcher refuses to be in touch with me personally. They have my email and contact number. I paid for an order, got it 14 days later, 1/2 the items was not in the box, some items were broken and one item completely wrong. All i want is just to get my money back,

SNATCHER you guys are really horrible, you take peoples money, send ****py things or nothing at all yet we pay full price.
