Snatcher after serbice

Ordered a steam pot as a gift and waited over a month for the item to arrive. Eventually it was delivered and within a few minutes I opened and assembled the pot, only to discover that the steam part was missing. I I formed them and since then 3 months ago June 3rd, all I get from after each email is we will give you an update within 48 hours. So far nothing received besides this empty promise everytime. Once they have received your funds the serves are pathetic to ZERO. After this incident. 4 of my family members came forward and informed me, that several of the gifts I have sent to them (unopened ofcourse) was defected and not in working order, ir received broken, a juicer, oil spray bottle, vacuum cleaner, and they were to embarrassed to let me know. DO NOT PASS ON ANYTHING PURCHASED WITHOUT OPENING IT, especially from SNATCHER. They do not even deserve 1star eith the services I received from them on the last purchase. We need to go VIRAL and start posting pictures of their poor products and services Disgruntled customer
